よもぎはキク科の多年草で日本全土の日当たりの良い山野に沢山自生しているのが見られます。別名「もぐさ」とも呼ばれ食品としては草餅の材料として使われています。本品は「もぐさ」を製造する時に出る葉の細かい部分のみを焙煎して仕上げました。
