「スギナ」は全国に自生するトクサ科目の多年草です。春には胞子茎（つくし）を生じ昔から季節の香りとして食用とされ栄養茎（スギナ）をお茶として愛飲されてきました。青森県産の自生したスギナを独自の焙煎加工で味と香りを引き出すように仕上げました。
